10/22/1993 Finding and Order stating that in accordance with the above findings, it is in the public interest to adopt a new regulatory framework for the provision, within Ohio, of competitive telecommunications services by entities other than local exchange companies, as set forth in Appendix A, and ordering that a workshop be held on January 12, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the contents of the annual educational notification to residential customers of the CTS provider's service, and that in accordance with this Finding and Order, the providers of cellular, paging, and mobile services are granted a temporary waiver of the tariff and contract filing requirements set forth in the 563 guidelines relating to services provided by such providers to their customers; this temporary waiver sunsets, in the absence of further action by the Commission, on December 31, 1997, and that on July 1, 1997, each provider of cellular, paging and mobile services, as well as other interested persons and entities submit, in the information required by this Finding, and ordering that the effective date of the 563 guidelines shall be December 27, 1993, and that the procedures spelled out in the section of this Finding and Order entitled Transition be observed.
