AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, (except asphalt, cement, coal, slag, gravel, cinders and aggregates when in rock form) in tank and hopper vehicles. 5. AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; farm supplies and farm machinery; and the transportation of property in armored vehicles. 6. AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. 7.
