01/25/2016 Public Comments from the Ohio Propane Gas Association: As we understand this, Duke and Columbia propose that, rather than a rate application being made for each project, the rate be adjusted annually for all projects undertaken. We believe that the result will be less transparency. We hope that the PUCO staff will not accede to this. Additionally, there is a proposal on page 8 to take out the Commission’s ability to hire an expert to review the prudence of the expenditures. We believe that it is important that the Commission pass on the prudence of all these expenditures. electronically filed by Mr. David W Field on behalf of Ohio Propane Gas Association and Ohio.
