Finding and Order that OGE remit to the Commission's payment lockbox, within 30 days from the issuance of this Order, an alternative compliance payment in the amount of $582.72, as set forth above, to fulfill its 2013 AEPS obligation;That within 30 days from the issuance of this Order, OGE file in this docket an attestation consistent with Ohio Adm.Code 4901:l-40-08(D), as directed in finding (6), and also docket a letter indicating when the compliance payment was made; that OGE's 2013 and 2014 AEPS reports be accepted as filed, as OGE correctly determined that it did not satisfy its 2013 renewable obligations, and must make an alternative compliance payment, and for 2014 OGE has met its compliance obligation. |
