Finding and order stating that applicants are authorized through December 31, 2011, to have short-term notes outstanding, including those issued pursuant to Section 4905.401(A), Revised Code, in aggregate principal amounts of not more than $100 million for ATSI
and $500 million each for Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison, and CEI at any one time and to continue to participate in the Money Pool, pursuant to the terms and conditions as described in the Applications and this Finding and Order. |
