Finding and order stating that the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement entered into between Staff and Cougar's Valley Express, Inc. be approved and adopted by the Commission, ordered that Cougar's Valley Express Inc. pay a total civil forfeiture of $1150.00 with such payments due within 30 days after the effective date of the Finding and Order, ordered that Cougar's Valley Express Inc. pay an additional civil forfeiture of $1150.00 should it fail to fulfill its obligation under this settlement agreement. |
