Finding and Order; ordered that existing Rules 4901:2-3-02 and 4901:-2-3-07 shall be rescinded; that new Rules 4901:2-3-01, 4901:2-3-02, 4901:2-15-2, 4901:2-15-4, 4901:2-15-5 and 4901:2-15-6 are adopted and should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, Revised Code; that the existing Rules 4901:2-15-1 and 4901:2-15-3 should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, Revised Code; that the final rules be effective on the earliest day permitted by law. Unless ordered otherwise by the Commission or the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the five-year review date for the rules in Chapters 4901:2-1 and 4901:2-5 shall be May 31,2010. |
