Finding and Order, that applicants, CEI and Toledo Edison Co, are authorized to enter into further arrangements, through August 24, 2005, with the Ohio Water Development Authority, pursuant to which the Authority will issue up to $69.36 million (CEI) and $30.5 million (Toledo Edison) aggregate principal amount of the Pollution Control Revenue Bonds or Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds, in one or more series, to issue their secured or unsecured notes and/or first mortgage bonds and, if cost effective, to enter into arrangements wherein the New Bonds and any series thereof may be entitled to the benefit of letters of credit or bond insurance or to implement interest rate cap arrangements, if appropriate; as set forth in the applications and exhibits. |
