Finding and Order, that Horizon is authorized to transfer to Knox all pipeline and utility facilities and to transfer all customers formerly served by Horizon to Knox in accordance with the terms and conditions of the transfer agreement and assignment of assets, that upon consummation of the transfer and customer notice, Horizon be removed from the roll of public utilities regulated by this Commission and its tariffs (89-8040-GA-TRF) be cancelled, and case closed of record. |
