Finding and order, ordered that the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement entered into between Staff and M&M Transportation be approved and adopted by the Commission, that the respondent pay the initial $272.08 within 30 days from the effective date of this settlement agreement, and continue to make equal monthly payments for the next five months. |
