Finding and Order, ordering that the applications of Toledo Edison Company, Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Ohio Edison Company are approved as filed, that the applicants are authorized to file in final form four complete copies of tariffs consistent with this finding and order, that applicants shall also update their tariffs previously filed electronically with the Commission's Docketing Division, that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be January 1, 2004, that the applicants shall explain to all affected customers the tariff changes within 30 days of the effective date of this order, that the proposed notice shall be first submitted to the Commissions Office of Public affairs for review and approval prior to sending to customers. |
