Entry ordering that the accrual rates shown on Table I are hereby prescribed as proper and adequate charges for depreciation of the applicant's natural gas plant; that these accrual rates be made effective January 1, 2002; that the applicant submit a depreciation study to staff for all of its plant accounts by June 30, 2005; that the adjustments to the reserve balances and amortization shown on Table II be granted as outlined in Finding 7 and be made effective January 1, 2002. |
