Entry ordering that the attached amended Rules 4901:2-21-03 and 4901-2-21-05, O.A.C., be adopted; that copies of these rules be filed with Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State; that Rules 4901:2-21-01, 4901:2-21-02, 4901:2-21-04, 4901:2-21-07 and 4901:2-21-08, O.A.C., be filed without amendment with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State; that the next five-year review date for the rules contained in Chapter 4901:2-21, O.A.C., be November 30, 2007. |
