Entry ordering Island Rocket Express Ferry, Kelley's Island Ferry Boat Lines, Inc., Miller Boat Line, Inc., and Put-in-Bay Boat Line Company aka Jet Express immediately and conspicuously post the public notice as set forth in Finding (3); that all schedules, fare cards, promotional literature or information distributed by or on behalf of all water transportation companies contain such notice as set forth in Finding (3); that these carriers submit to the Commission, as set forth in Finding (4), copies of all schedules, fare cards, promotional literature, or information to be distributed by or on behalf of such carriers; that the Commission staff conduct such investigations and inspections to ensure compliance with this entry. |
