In the matter of the application of U.S. Long Distance, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 1, to introduce Local Rates to the existing Operator Services product line; increase various Maximum Operator Surcharges; introduce several new Maximum Operator Surcharges; and make textual changes to clarify and improve the readability of the tariff. |
