In the matter of the application of MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to add language to Section B, Rules and Regulations, within the Use of Service Section pertaining to Call Blocking; increase the Option CC, Advanced Option I for Small Business Toll Free monthly recurring charge; increase the Option GG Advanced Option II for Small Business monthly minimum charge and the Toll Free monthly recurring charge; increase the monthly recurring charges associated with the following Option GG Savings Plans: Advanced Option II for Small Business Savings Plan, Advanced Option II for Small Business Savings Plan II and Advanced Option II for Small Business Savings Plan IV; and to make various textual revisions within the Option GG section for the purpose of clarifying applicable rates and fees. |
