In the matter of the application of NOS Communications, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 1, to provide for a one-time rate increase for those customers who initiated service before September 30, 2001; and to add a new set of rates entitled "Evergreen Rates" to Company's 011 Communications and International Plus services. |
