Finding & Order that the attached proposed amended Rule 4901:5-17-02, O.A.C. be adopted and that Chapter 4901:5-15, O.A.C. be rescinded; that Rule 4901:5-17-02, O.A.C., as amended, be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State; that Chapters 4901:5-19 through 4901:5-37, O.A.C. be filed without amendment with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State; that the five-year review date for Chapters 4901:5-17 through 4901:5-37, O.A.C., shall be November 30, 2006. |
