In the matter of the application of MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to introduce a Casual Caller Surcharge to Option A (Dial One/Direct Dial); to introduce a definition for Casual Caller to the Definition of Terms section and to revise the Customer definition; and to add a new section to the Use of Service section within Rules and Regulations called Service Cancellation Request Received from Local Exchange Carrier. |
