In the matter of the application of MCI WorldCom Communi- cations, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 2, to increase the Option J (MCI One Advantage) Dial One IntraLATA per minute rate; increase the Option GG (Advanced Option II for Small Business) calling card per minute rate and per call surcharge; increase the calling card per minute rate and per call surcharge associated with the Option GG, Cal- ling Card Plan; and grandfather the Option GG, Advanced Option II for Small Business Savings Plan and to remove the calling card per call surcharge associated with the plan.
