Transportation of property in low, heavy-duty trailers from and to points in Pickaway County, Ohio, except points in Circleville, Harrison, Madison, Pickaway, Salt Creek and Washington, Townships. RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1. Transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except as otherwise authorized. 2. Transportation of household goods as defined by the Commission. 3. Transportation of manufactured housing units. 4. Oil well and gas well equipment and supplies. 5. Heavy Machinery. 6.Against serving points; On U.S./SR 3, on U.S. 23 between the Walnut/Harrison Township line and the Walnut/ Washington Township line, on U.S. 22 between New Holland, Ohio, and the junction of U.S. 22 and St. Rt. 104, on U.S. 207 between U.S. 22 and the Pickaway/Ross County line, on St. Rt. 104 between U.S. 22 and Pickaway/Ross County line.0
