(7) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (8) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. (9) Trans- portation of packages, parcels or articles seventy (70) pounds or less, in weight.0
