RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Serving the Newark Commercial Zone and the Zanesville Commercial Zone, as existing on November 4, 1988; (2) The transportation of mobile homes and modular units, manufactured housing and components and furnishings thereon; (3) The transportation of liquid fertilizer solutions, petroleum, petroleum products including propane and anhydrous ammonia; in tank vehicles; (4) The transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles; (5) The transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; livestock, farm products, farm supplies and farm machinery; (6) The transportation of gravel, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop, brick, coal and raw limestone in dump trucks; (7) The transportation of oil field and gas field equipment and supplies; (8) The transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight; (9) The transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer materials in dump trucks in loads of 14 tons or less; (10) The transportation of property in armored vehicles; and, (11) The transportation of property to and from points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 40, State Route 16, and County Highway 311.0
