These special reconnection procedures are available only once from Monday, October 17, 2005, through Friday, April 14, 2006; that the requirement set forth in Rule 4901:1-18-04(B)(5), O.A.C., be suspended until July 1, 2006, except for those PIPP customers individually contacted by a provider affiliated with a utility or an ODOD-sponsored weatherization program.9
